"My name is Dawn McCormick and in the
winter of 2004 I experienced my first vehicle accident."
"Naivety would easily be the word I
would use in my upcoming months of dealing with ICBC's injury
adjuster."
"I realized I could not adequately deal
with the icbc standards and regulations with the medical complications that
were surrounding me. In a strong dilemma I walked by Robert Clarke's office
intuitively stopping. Knowing concretely this was safety."
"In a short period of time I went to see
Robert. I was not wrong in my feeling. Robert immediately made me feel safe,
comforted and cared for. Over a period of time in my opinion Robert did more
than I would ever expect from a lawyer. This gentleman did everything in his
power to make certain every aspect of my care was handled properly. His
strength of character, his honesty and integrity shows through in volumes."
"I would recommend Robert both
professionally and personally. I honestly cannot thank you enough Robert for
all that you have done for me."
Thank you:
"Dawn McCormick

"Here is a brief story relating our
association from where it all began to the present and still looking forward to
a continued and happy continuance in the future."
"I woke in the ICU unit wondering why I
was there. My wife advised me a car had hit me. I woke later and one of my sons
told me I had severe injuries to my leg. I remember, (one of the few things I
do remember) telling him I would be out in a day or two and that actually my
shoulder hurt more than anything. The next two weeks were like a fog and all I
recall then was my wife telling me that a friend had recommended a lawyer. I
agreed that it would be wise to retain legal advice and she made arrangements
to meet with Bob."
"Bob talked to us and agreed to take our
case. As in most cases, this was the first time any of our family had such an
urgent and profound need for assistance. Bob immediately took charge,
investigated the accident site, vehicle and witnesses. This was, I am certain,
to prove invaluable in our suit. Bob helped my family coordinate my journey
through the immediate recovery and then arranged for extended help after
leaving the hospital. This proved invaluable as evidenced at the Neurological
Brain Trauma Unit when many other accident victims displayed a disheartening
lack of knowledge of services and help available to them."
"Bob handled our settlement quickly and
ably and I feel that my family and I can now move forward, gratified for his
help and more confident in our future. Bob's enthusiasm, competence and above
all, his compassion were a huge part of our healing through this very difficult
period. We are all extremely grateful. I only hope that other accident victims
obtain the same caring and effective support that I received from Bob that
culminated in such a successful conclusion."
"Thanks Bob."

"Nobody plans to be involved in a motor
vehicle accident. When it happens, it can be a life-changing experience for
everybody involved."
"After I was in a serious motorcycle
accident, a friend recommended Robert Clarke to me as legal counsel. At my
request he came to the hospital and visited me, and the rest, as they say, is
history. Robert took over all the aspects of the case, and there were many. He
made my wife and I feel as if we were his only clients, and was always there
when we called."
"When Bob changed Law firms, he handed
my file over to another lawyer. After one meeting with the new lawyer, I asked
for my file to be transferred over to Bob's new firm, as the comfort level with
the new lawyer just wasn't there. I have never regretted that
decision."
"I had no idea how much paperwork would
be involved in settling my claim with ICBC, but it was substantial. We never
could have handled it without Bob's help. His knowledge of what ICBC would
require is truly amazing. He does his homework."
"I would unhesitatingly recommend Robert
to anyone who has the need for a personal injury lawyer. I don't think there is
a finer one around. I am proud to call him a friend."

"We all know that car accidents can
happen but always unexpected and we are never prepared for them. We take advice
from friends, acquaintances and work colleges
some good
some not so
good. I needed a lawyer; I was hurt and finding it hard to deal with all the
pain let alone all the day to day things that come up and also finding it hard
to deal with being the sole provider of three children. So I took the advice of
a family friend and got a lawyer in Kelowna
..oh what a
nightmare
.which was worse being involved in a car accident that was no
fault of my own
.dealing with the pain or dealing with my now lawyer. I
was so mixed up; I had never dealt with anything like this before let alone
having to baby sit my lawyer. I was told by him that I should deal with certain
things because everyone seemed to like me and I could handle it better than him
but then was charged for it
go figure. One of the last straws was phoning
his office and him being away and his secretary telling me that I could trust
the ICBC man because she had talked to him and he had seemed so nice and she
had felt she could trust him."
"As you can imagine that's when I
started looking for another lawyer. And I found him
Robert Clarke
my
answer to a case that had become a huge nightmare. I got my trust back in the
first meeting and I felt like he would go to war for me. I had lost respect for
myself and belief in the process of the law which soon he restored. These are
things that are not something that your lawyer has to do but Robert goes the
last mile for you. Not only can you trust him with your case which at the time
is your life but he has the knowledge to make things happen. I found his advice
was right on the money and that he never mislead me. There was never a time he
couldn't be reached or a question he could not answer. He did his very best for
me and believe me that was a lot. It was not a very easy case since there had
been so many screw ups with my first lawyer and things were forgotten,
overlooked and just not done. There was not a paper Robert didn't turn or a
call he didn't make."
"Robert settled my case to my complete
satisfaction. He has my deepest respect both as a lawyer and a friend. If you
want a lawyer who is always at his best, always fighting on your side, always
up on all the in and outs of your case
then there only is one choice,
Robert Clarke. He'll fight for you and he'll win."
"With the deepest thanks and respect,
Helen St. Jean"
"Losing my husband was devastating
enough, the chances of losing our home became unbearable."
"Then I met
Bob. First impressions mean everything. I knew after my first consultation with
Bob, that he would do everything in his power to look after my best interests."
"Not only was I very comfortable and trusting having Bob as my legal
adviser, even more important, he represented himself as a warm, gentle, caring
and compassionate human being. Bob is a realist, but hes not plastic."
"Bobs credentials and expertise speak for themselves. He put his
heart and soul into my case, even though the odds were against me. Timing meant
everything and Bobs immediate actions along with high dedication and
devotion paid off. "
"I highly recommend and respect you, thank you Bob
for being a friend.

In July 1998, Adam Prevost, then 17, was severely injured when he
was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle left the roadway on
the outskirts of Enderby, rolled down an embankment, and Adam was ejected. The
driver of the car, also a minor, had been drinking alcohol at a party they left
minutes before. At summary trial a Supreme court Judge found for the first time
in Canada that the social host was in part liable for Adam's injuries.
"Bob was always very honest with us
regarding the risks of the case. We never expected to achieve the positive
outcome that we did."
"Bob helped us with Adam's
care in many ways, from moral support to legal advise. Bob never pushed towards
a course of action, but always offered choices."
"I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a caring and
compassionate legal adviser.
Linda Prevost"
Pat Smith's son, at age of 14, suffered significant brain injury
resulting in month's of coma and ongoing permanent disability when the three
wheel ATV he was riding on as a passenger left the road and rolled in the
ditch. Insurance coverage was a significant issue.
"When your child has been injured in an accident, you're right out of
your mind. You can't know all that is involved. We were in the hospital, my son
in a coma. I hadn't even thought of a lawyer, until a friend told us to get
legal advice. Bob just took over and did his very best for us. He was always
there for me."
"Because of the kind of accident,
it didn't look good for any kind of settlement. Bob researched and found
loopholes with ICBC, and obtained a good settlement for our son's future care."
"I have never considered Bob anything but a
friend. He has always maintained contact with our family.

Angela Waterson was
rear-ended in an accident and suffered whiplash injuries as a result.
"When you've had an accident, so much is on
the line - it affects everyone."
"I switched to
Bob from another lawyer, and he didn't just stick with the other lawyer's
opinion. Bob took over and took charge - he dealt with things right away."
"Bob was very accommodating. He worked our
appointments around my schedule, and met with me in Revelstoke."
"Most important, Bob made me feel very
comfortable. Sometimes lawyers are uncomfortable to talk to. I didn't find that
with Bob.
Angela Waterson

At the age of 15, their son suffered
severe facial and leg injuries and a mild to moderate brain injury when in 1999
he was riding on the back of a dirt bike which collided head on with a pickup
truck on a blind corner of a forestry road. The dirt bike was not licensed.
"Our experience with Bob Clarke as our
lawyer was nothing less than Exceptional. He treated ourselves and our son with
courtesy, respect and devotion to our case to its final outcome. We waited six
years to activate this case, and aside from the pain of recanting the accident,
he never once gave us a false sense of hope. He was honest and fair the whole
way."
"I would highly recommend Bob Clarke as a
Representative.
